By using this site you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Age
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site.
Accounts
Register with an email address you can receive mail at and keep your password safe. Accounts that break these terms may be disabled.
Viewing and the daily allowance
- Some works can be viewed for free, or partly previewed.
- Visitors who are not signed in and ordinary accounts can unlock a set number of works each day, as shown on the site; the count resets at midnight Beijing time, and viewing the same work again that day does not count again.
- Members can view every work. A work you bought stays viewable outside membership. A work taken down, for example after a copyright complaint, may no longer be viewable.
Payment and refunds
Prices are those shown at checkout. Membership lasts for the period of the plan bought; buying again extends it from the current end date, and nothing renews automatically. For any payment or access problem, write to materalovaglio42@outlook.com and we will look at each case; where the law requires otherwise, the law applies.
Prohibited use
- Scraping the site in bulk by automated means
- Getting around payment, preview or daily-allowance limits
- Sharing or reselling accounts
- Interfering with or damaging the site
Rights in the content
Works belong to their creators or rights holders. The site arranges and displays them; you may not republish or reuse them without permission. Rights holders can complain as described on the Copyright page.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
